i) Dy. Terminal Manager & Jr. Officer – Passenger:

• Applicants should have passed a Graduation, or MBA from a Recognized Board or University.

ii) Duty Officer:

• Applicants should have passed a Graduation from a Recognized Board or University

iii) Jr. Officer – Technical:

• Applicants should have passed a BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering from a Recognized Board or University

iv) Customer Service Executive:

• Applicants should have passed a Graduation from a Recognized Board or University

v) Jr. Customer Service Executive:

• Applicants should have passed a 12th from a Recognized Board or University

vi) Ramp Service Executive:

• Applicants should have passed an ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production/ Electronics/ Automobile from a Recognized Board or University

vii) Utility Agent and Ramp Driver, Handywoman & Handyman:

• Applicants should have passed a 10th from a Recognized Board or University
