Skills:

- Strong understanding of coding and design methodologies
- Experience with ETL practices and processes
- Relational Database experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
- Specialist with advanced skills in Python
- Experience with API design, building, and consuming Micro Services
- Exposure to containerization & orchestration technologies such as docker, Kubernetes, helm
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and methodologies
- Experience in Automation and Performance testing
- Experience in Agile development and JIRA
- Contact Center Domain experience
- Workforce Management Domain experience
Essential Functions:
- Gather technical requirements and assist in the creation of functional specifications
- Implement Projects based on functional specifications or Statements of Work
- Codes programs of high complexity using high-level specifications or derived logical processes
- Builds software (server and client) applications
- Document code, and processes, and follow standard procedures of the integrations team
- Provide application support
- Assists with the design of a business application prototype
- Must be a team player, active participant, and able to thrive in a customer-facing, team-based work environment
- Ability to communicate complex information to all levels of the organization
- Ability to use professional concepts to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways
