- Communicate the ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process.
- Create artifacts to help articulate the user stories and acceptance criteria i.e: use cases, process maps, data models, user interface designs
- Support the product owner and help prioritize deliverables
- Help define improvements to business processes
- Support the project team throughout the development lifecycle
- Negotiating alternative options or approaches to meet requirements.
- Maintaining a requirements catalog to avoid scope deviation
- Assist in running agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
