- Experience related to Flow Designer (Flows, Sub-flows, Template)
- JavaScript experience
- Developing and maintaining scoped apps, extended database tables, and Update sets
- Experience with ITSM Change module
Administration:
- Administering day-to-day aspects for ITSM, ITOM, APM, and CMDB
- Following best practices for overall performance and annual ServiceNow Cloud instance upgrades
- Troubleshooting experience (including Discovery)
