Responsibilities:
- Drive UX and Design enhancements in the core product based on business requirements
- Assist with designs for company website for marketing
- Build quick prototypes that can be presented as a product pitch
- Conduct competitive and user research to scope out solution space for product design
- Evaluate the final product delivered by engineering in terms of UX impact
- Create a base for the design team to build upon in future
Requirements:
- Experience: You have 3+ years of experience across various facets of design and have designed web and mobile applications in the past (not just static websites).
- Curiosity: You love exploring new and existing paradigms to add to your repertoire of ideas and solutions. You are exceptionally curious about technology, design, product, and people. You never feel done learning your craft.
- Delight & Empathy: You have empathy for customers and their journeys. You deeply understand how customers think. You can accurately predict how changes will make them feel. You enjoy creating delight.
- Good knowledge and understanding of design principles, interaction design standards, and UI patterns for web and mobile
- Must have a public portfolio link that demonstrates prior design work for mobile/web applications
Bonus:

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Ant-design System, etc.
