- Should be able to take up ownership of one or more module/s and be a technical mentor to junior team members
- Solving customer issues with an ability to prioritize customer-facing problems and balance with ongoing deliverables
- Capable of working with minimal oversight and supervision, after being briefed on task parameters with the ability to grasp concepts quickly
- Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
