Qualification:
(i) Executive Trainee (Mechanical):
- Applicants should pass a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized board.
(ii) Executive Trainee (Electrical):
- Applicants should pass a Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized board.
(iii) Executive Trainee (Electronics):
- Applicants should pass a Degree in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized board.
(iv) Executive Trainee (Instrumentation):
- Applicants should pass a Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized board.
(v) Executive Trainee (Naval Architecture):
- Applicants should pass a Degree in Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized board.
(vi)Executive Trainee (Safety):
- Applicants should pass a Degree in Safety Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized board.
(vii) Executive Trainee (Information Technology):
- Applicants should pass a Degree in Engineering in Computer Science with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR a Degree in Engineering in Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university. Desirable: Valid Certification from reputed agencies/organizations in Programming Language / DBMS/ Networking/ ERP Systems.
(viii) Executive Trainee (Human Resource):
- Applicants should pass a Degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University AND Two year Master’s Degrees or equivalent Degrees or equivalent Diploma OR Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR OR equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR OR Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.
(ix) Executive Trainee (Finance):
- Applicants should pass the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
