Educational Qualification:

• Applicants should pass a Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent from a recognized board.

Required skills:

• Must have experience in working on either EBS/Fusion projects
• Must have expertise in SQL/PLSQL
• Must have expertise in Oracle Report Tool, Extract, OIC, Personalization & Customization, Data Migration & Conversion Understanding Integration Understanding
• Must have strong debugging skills
• Should be able to manage customer-facing roles, gather requirements, and advise the best solution to the business users
• Experienced in working on support/ implementation projects and with flexible availability as per client-specific shift hours

Responsibilities:

• Must have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Modules like Global HR/ Payroll/ ORC/ OTL/ Talent/ Absence/ Core HR (functional knowledge in at least two modules)
• Should have expertise in BI Publisher/ OTBI Reports/ Dashboards/ Agents/ HCM Extracts/ application security
• Good to have basic knowledge of Oracle Integration cloud
