Qualification:

(i) Joint Director (Infrastructure):

  • Applicants should pass B.E/B.Tech(Civil Engineering) with 13 years of experience from a recognized board.

(ii) Executive (Academics):

  • Applicants should pass Graduate Degree (Commerce) or Post Graduate Degree (Economics/Commerce/Management/Law) with 5 years of experience from a recognized board.

(iii) Executive (Law):

  • Applicants should pass Degree in Law with 50% of marks and have 5 years of experience from a recognized board.

(iv) Executive (Finance and Accounts):

  • Applicants should pass Graduate Degree (Commerce) or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management (Finance) with 5 years of experience from a recognized board.

(v) Executive (Internal Audit):

  • Applicants should pass Graduate Degree (Commerce) or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management (Finance) with 5 years of experience from a recognized board.

(vi) Executive (International Affairs & Research):

  • Applicants should pass a Post Graduate Degree (Management/ Public Policy / Diplomacy / Foreign Policy / International Relations) with 5 years of experience from a recognized university.

(vii) Executive (HR):

  • Applicants should pass MBA/PGDBM/MSW/MA(Personnel Management/social work) /MHROD or Degree/ Diploma (HR/HRD/ Industrial Relation/Personnel Management) with 5 years of experience from a recognized university.

(viii) Junior Programmer:

  • Applicants should pass MCA or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/ Electronics) with 3 years of experience from a recognized university.

Age Limit:

(i) Joint Director (Infrastructure):

  • Maximum Age: 50 Years

(ii) Executive (All) & Junior Programmer:

  • Maximum Age: 35 Years

Salary Package:

  • Joint Director (Infrastructure): Level 12 – Rs.78,800/- to Rs. 2,09,200/-
  • Executive (All): Level 8 – Rs. 47,600/- to Rs. 1,51,100/-
  • Junior Programme: Level 4 – Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/-
