Educational Qualification:
- Applicants should pass a BE/B. Tech, ME/M.Tech in EEE/ ECE/ CSE, BCA, MCA with 3 – 5 years of experience or equivalent from a recognized board.
Responsibility:
- Good and intermediate knowledge and hands-on skills in WINDOWS / LINUX Operating system and application product support.
- Good knowledge of Problem-solving and incident management processes along with ITIL knowledge.
- Good knowledge of SQL servers and Oracle databases is a must.
- Extensive debugging and troubleshooting skills on C# based applications.
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills for multithreaded and multi-core/CPU software environment
- Knowledge of the Utility domain with working experience in Head End Systems (HES), Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), and analytics will be a good addition.
- Understanding basic electrical concepts
- Basic understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools. Experience with network tools and protocols.
- Exposure to scripting basics. Experience in Perl and Bash.
- Good understanding of any IT Service Management tool to log, monitor, and document incidents/tickets.
- Replicate customer environments and work to identify & fix the root cause or provide interim workaround as needed.
- Work in collaboration with multiple teams to expedite the resolution and provide timely updates.
- Experience with object-oriented and asynchronous programming patterns & understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks.
- A good understanding of PL/SQL and being able to troubleshoot and fix various procedures and package-level issues will be handy.
- Basic networking concepts and understanding of different OSI layers.
- Knowledge of various HTTP headers, cookies, web APIs, web servers like IIS, SSL, and various protocols.
- Experience on AZURE is desirable and Experience working in an agile environment.
- Good understanding of XML, JSON and RESTful, and SOAP API’s.
- Demonstrated development or technical application support skill sets with detailed technical experience with industry-standard tools and technologies like .Net / SQL / IIS /Message Queues/ Restful services.
- The shift would be 5 AM to 2 PM/1 PM to 10 PM/9 PM to 6 AM.
- This project is 24/7 with weekend and weekday shift rotational shift hours.
- Candidates should be willing to support customers via email, phone, and chat.
