Educational Qualification:
- Applicants should pass a Degree in a relevant discipline with a related field of work experience or equivalent from a recognized board.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitation on the need of Project Requirements to the project teams – Based on Request
- Conducting Training for Process Implementers based on the requirements – Induction Program on QMS, PA’s related to CMMI L3, L4, and L5
- Training Project Team Members on core activities like Project Management, PMPs, Metrics, Reviews, and other Process Areas
- Metrics Capturing and consolidation, Analyzing, documenting the findings – deviations, communicating to senior management, and planning for improvement actions along with Report preparation
- Escalation of problems to senior levels of management if corrective actions are not completed as agreed upon
- Preparations for SCAMPI A Assessment – Documentation and Training for projects identified for assessment
- Requesting PM’s and above for the integration of Engineering Projects to QMS
- Maintain a repository for Customer Appreciation, Customer Complaints, Best Practices, and Lessons Learnt, etc
- Facilitate the Senior Quality Manager/SEPG team with the required support for the implementation of Org Wide Quality Initiatives, Inputs for Risks, Issues, External Audits, etc
- Development and Enhancement of QMS – such as Agile RTM, Agile Process Models, Agile Metrics etc
- Regular update of SDLC Models for the quality group, keeping in view the usage of SDLC Models with client requirements and internal working
- Establishes organizational goals for quality and provides a structure for achieving these goals – PPM Model (Regression Equation, Simulation)”
