Educational Qualification:
- Applicants should pass a B.Tech./ B.E./BCA/MCA/MSc/BSc with sound technical skills or equivalent from a recognized board.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong command of verbal and written English language
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with at least 6-10 years of hands-on development experience
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React or Vue)
- Strong expertise in backend languages and frameworks (Node.js).
- Experience with database design and management
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Solid understanding of web architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
- Relevant certifications in web development, cloud technologies, or related areas are most preferred
Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end development of web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, ReactJS, Node.js
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement front-end and back-end features
- Writing efficient, maintainable, and reusable code while ensuring high performance and responsiveness
- Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges
- Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the stack and implementing effective solutions
- Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate the team’s skillset
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement
