- Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem and resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their journey
- Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and presents the benefits of our solution.
- To seek awareness about the company’s vision, goals, and plans and align individual thoughts and actions towards the same.
- Understand the surgical procedures and discuss the recommendations in layman’s terms, they are patient and understand the importance of this educational conversation.
- Educates patients regarding surgical options as per surgeon’s recommendations. Clarify the lifestyle benefits of each option.
- When options are presented, educate the patient on the lifestyle benefits of each option allowing the patient to make an informed decision based on their lifestyle.
- Educate the patient about the costs associated with the surgery.
- Estimated insurance payments
- Estimated patient out-of-pocket payment (co-pay, deductibles)
- Pricing for elective procedures
- Financing options and assisting with enrolling as needed
- Creates a calm environment in which the patient is comfortable asking questions to further understanding of surgeon recommendations.
- Shows impeccable attention to detail when acting as a liaison between the office, surgical facility, and the patient.
