- Ensuring user access management is executed in line with SOX compliancy requirements and providing evidence when required during audits
- Resolving queries related to sales tools access
- Ensuring quarterly user access reviews for CRM tools are performed and necessary actions are completed as per timelines
- Performing cleanup activities in all applications in order to improve user’s setup data quality of user access and license management
- Managing Product Data maintenance activities in Siebel CRM
- Being an exemplary people manager, coach and mentor the team to empower them to develop high performance and deliver results
Requirements:
- Able to adopt critical thinking, be analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter who is relentless in driving for results. Have the ability to anticipate business needs and fulfill them in a proactive manner
