Educational Qualification:
- Applicants should pass a B Tech, BE, MCA, MSC / Any PG in a relevant field from a recognized board.
Responsibilities:
- 4 to 7 Years of Autosys Job scheduling experience, calendar creation/update, Handling Autosys environment, batch support knowledge, troubleshooting jobs, supporting patching activities, and working with application teams in issue resolution
- Support experience in Unix and Windows platforms, experience with Intermediate level to advanced Unix commands, understanding of databases, Change management tools like Service Now, etc
- Working on Job failures in Batch processing and resolving the issues in a timely manner.
- Experience managing bridge calls and supporting end-users
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and flexibility to work different shifts, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts
- The ability to prioritize requirements based on a dynamic set of business needs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of change management tools like services now
