Eligibility Criteria:
- Required 3 to 6 years experience in BA
- US healthcare knowledge is a must
- Good communication & Analytical skills
- Good understanding and working experience on the SDLC
- Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with the team.
- Should have the fundamentals of requirement gathering, elicitation, documenting, and transition over to internal and external stakeholders
- Staying in Control of projects
Responsibilities:
- US healthcare knowledge is a must
- Good communication & Analytical skills
- Basic technology understanding in Java, Mainframe, Database, etc
- Good understanding and working experience on the SDLC
- Ability to liaison between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with the team.
- Familiarity with Internet protocols and API frameworks.
- Expertise in Requirement Gathering, converting requirements into Customer Journeys knitted with APIs, tech design documents, and API specification – functional and tech documents.
- Should have knowledge in working with all types of claims – medical, hospital, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Blue card/ITS, etc
- Should have knowledge of claim submission methods – Paper/Electronic and direct/clearing house
- Sound knowledge of current US federal and state laws with regards to healthcare governance and policies, and preferable to have PAHM 250 certification or working towards certification
- Should have the fundamentals of requirement gathering, elicitation, documenting, and transition over to internal and external stakeholders
