• Applicants should pass a Master’s Degree in Mass Media or Mass communication with 2 years of experience from a recognized board.

(iii) Planning, Convergence & Monitoring:

• Applicants should pass B.Tech/ M.Sc/ MBA from a recognized board.

(iv) Liquid Waste Management Expert:

• Applicants should pass a Bachelor Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering with one year of experience from a recognized board.

(v) Solid Waste Management & Sanitation Expert:

• Applicants should pass a Bachelor Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering with one year of experience from a recognized board.
