Educational Qualification:
- Applicants should pass a Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering / related field or related work experience or equivalent from a recognized board.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 4-8 yrs. of strong technical experience in building or working on Analytics applications and business intelligence platforms/solutions
- Good understanding of Object-oriented concepts
- Business Intelligence/BI, reporting/dashboarding, and SQL, experience is mandatory
- Data Modeling experience is mandatory
- Data warehousing concepts and skills are mandatory
- Any Programming language is mandatory
- Azure/AWS development Experience is a plus
- Healthcare IT expertise preferred
Responsibilities:
- The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting highly scalable business intelligence and Analytics solutions that meet the needs of internal and external users, as well as Installing and maintaining highly available Analytics environments.
- Participates in the design and development of Analytics Applications solutions Works with other architects, developers, and data analysts to review requirements and data mart schemas for optimal performance of Analytics solutions
- Participates in the ongoing evolution, improvement, and security design of Analytics Applications solutions
- Suggest and implement optimum design changes
- Production of efficient and fully documented code and unit tests
- Achievement of agreed productivity targets to ensure developments are delivered within budget, to schedule, and to defined quality standards
- Adherence to development processes as part of the Agile framework.
- Coding, testing, and documentation in the areas of development and maintenance
- Assume full ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables
- Work with business analysts and/or product owners on requirements refinement as needed
- Creation of accurate technical design specifications as required to meet the organization’s standards
- Development and execution of unit test cases when appropriate for ongoing validation
- Production of efficient and fully documented software code
- Creation of supporting technical and installation documentation as required
- Completion of all tasks in the timescales as defined by the product owner and scrum master
- Peer code reviews and sign-off of design changes
- Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by scrum team standards
- Escalate product issues and suggest product improvements
- Escalate all issues in a timely fashion
- Mentor junior team members in best practices and standards
