Educational Qualification:

  • Applicants should pass a Degree in a relevant discipline with a related field of work experience or equivalent from a recognized board.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • SAP Basis Administration experience – 6+ years
  • Experienced with Windows and/or UNIX server administration
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or other database administration
  • Knowledge of the system disaster recovery process
  • Good interpersonal, oral communication, and written communication skills
  • Experienced with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Thorough understanding of System Administration and development lifecycle
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Innovative problem-solving & analysis with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in S/4 HANA system installation, upgrades, and configuration
  • Expertise in SAP Basis Administration which includes, migration, upgrades, and DB refresh.
  • Should be Familiar with HA/DR, and RPO/RTO strategies.
  • Expertise in SAP Fiori administration, configuration, SAML setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of GCP cloud or any Cloud concepts is mandatory.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting/performance tuning
  • Knowledge of Solution Manager & EWA
  • SAP Transport Management System (AS ABAP)
  • SNOTE & Kernel Upgrade (AS ABAP)
  • Support Pack Upgrade (AS ABAP/JAVA)
  • SSO & encryption in SAP systems
  • Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required.
  • Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.
  • Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
  • HANA XSA Administration
  • Expertise in HANA Database Administration, including HANA upgrades, Backup and restore, HSR
  • Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution
